Akva Bliss, MB is the data controller for the storefront and customer account data.

  • Account data: name, email, password hash (handled through Medusa auth providers).
  • Order data: shipping details, contact phone, purchased items, totals, order history.
  • Support data: messages submitted through contact forms or customer support communication.
  • Session data: required cookies for cart and authenticated session handling.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data only for concrete business purposes tied to storefront operation.

  • Contract performance: order processing, delivery coordination, post-purchase support.
  • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, service security, technical diagnostics.
  • Legal obligation: accounting, tax records, and required retention.
  • Consent: optional analytics/marketing cookies only when explicitly accepted.

4. Processors and third parties in use

We only list processors that are currently used by this project setup. If infrastructure changes, this section must be updated.

Medusa backend infrastructure for e-commerce data and customer authentication.

Hosting providers used to run storefront and backend environments.

Stripe processes card payments; bank transfer payments are handled through our bank.

5. Retention

Customer account and order data is retained for as long as needed to provide service and comply with legal obligations.

If you request account deletion, profile-linked personal data is removed where possible, while legally required accounting/order records may be retained in a restricted form.
